1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LumenFi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. LumenFi operates on the Virtuals Protocol ACP marketplace as a personal finance intelligence agent.

2. Description of Service

LumenFi is an AI-powered personal finance tool that scans your email for bank and credit card statements, extracts and categorizes transactions, detects anomalies, and provides financial insights and reports. The Service is accessible via our web platform, Telegram bot, and the ACP marketplace.

3. Account and Access

  • You must complete onboarding through the ACP marketplace (via OpenClaw or compatible agents) before accessing the full Service
  • You may sign in using Google OAuth or a Web3 wallet (SIWE)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Access to dashboard, transaction history, and detailed reports requires an active subscription
  • Subscriptions are managed through the Virtuals Protocol ACP marketplace and paid in USDC on the Base chain
  • Subscription pricing is set at 5 USDC per service request as listed on the ACP marketplace
  • Refunds are subject to the ACP marketplace's policies and smart contract terms
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice posted on the ACP marketplace

5. Gmail Access and Email Data

  • By connecting your Gmail account, you grant LumenFi read-only access to scan for financial statement emails and their attachments
  • We only access emails related to financial statements and notifications — we do not read, store, or process unrelated emails
  • You may revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to process data belonging to others without their consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use

7. Financial Disclaimer

LumenFi provides financial data aggregation and analysis tools for informational purposes only. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. Transaction categorization, anomaly detection, and health scores are generated by AI and may contain errors. You should not rely solely on LumenFi for financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumenFi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by LumenFi. Your financial data remains yours — we claim no ownership over it. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
